Navien Service Specialist Recertification Class
Maintain your Navien Service Specialist (NSS) status and keep your exclusive program benefits active!
This intensive, hands-on recertification course is designed for current NSS members to refresh their technical skills, master new accessories, and stay up-to-date with the latest troubleshooting protocols. All participants must bring their own multimeter for the hands-on training portion.
This session focuses on practical, real-world application to reduce time on the job site and improve first-call resolution:
- Install & Service Overview: A comprehensive review of current Navien models and best practices.
- Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Advanced techniques for identifying and resolving error codes.
- Navien Accessories: Integration and setup of the latest add-on components.
- Unit Teardowns: Hands-on experience with internal components to master repair procedures.
Don’t let your certification lapse! NSS status must be renewed every three years to maintain benefits like front-of-the-line tech support, higher labor rebate rates, and your listing on the Navien website.
