Modine Product Overview Training – Landover, MD
This training is broken down into 3 separate modules
· Phase 1- Participants learn about the parts that make the Modine heaters operate
safely, efficiently & user centric. The parts are displayed individually; allowing for
precise information about the functions, responsibility, and roles.
· Phase 2- Participants are split into small groups where they are given full access with 1
on 1 guidance to completely disassemble our most popular gas fired unit heater, the
HotDawg Series HD30. All tools are provided, and I encourage everyone to completely
disassemble the unit to learn how user centric the Modine Heaters are. Once all
questions/teaching points are met, we then build the HD30 heater back to a
functional heater.
· Phase 3- Participants are administered by Modine staff where they are able to see
Modine heating products operate through the proper sequence of operation, make
adjustments to key components, & troubleshoot fault simulations
